Polaris World La Torre Resort

 

La Torre opened in 2006 and was the second resort from Polaris World. Much larger than Mar Menor it was constructed around a town centre with a number of bars, restaurants and shops. It has an Intercontinental Hotel and spa and an international school, King's College Murcia.

 

The Polaris World La Torre Golf Resort is conveniently located for easy access via Spain's major airports and roads. It is just 15 minutes from the beaches of the Mar Menor and 10 minutes from San Javier airport. The new Corvera international airport due to pen in 2010 will be 15 minutes away.  

Beautiful Development

Polaris Golf Resort La Torre has a very well-planned layout with large avenues lined with a wide variety of plants.

Villas and apartments on the resort are spread around a splendid 18-hole golf course. The 2,634 homes on La Torre have a range of different characteristics.

The resort is spacious with a surface area of approximately 1,400,000 square metres.

Careful attention has been paid to the landscape which was developed by EDSA. This is the leading American company in designing tourist complexes all over the world.

Golf

La Torre Polaris World Golf Resort has a par 68, 18 hole Nicklaus designed golf course. Within the magnificent club house at La Torre there is also a pro-shop, restaurant, spikes bar and pino's bar .

 

The homes on Polaris Golf Resort La Torre are all traditionally Spanish in style with white washed walls and orange roofs. Apartments, Town Houses and Villas are available.
